Forensic Recovery
Forensic and structural engineering services were provided for the redevelopment of the Frenchman’s Reef Resort in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
The project included the assessment and rehabilitation of existing structures impacted by Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017, along with the integration of new structural systems to support the resort’s restoration and modernization.
The work required careful coordination to address storm-related damage while meeting current design standards and resilience requirements.
