JPO Engineering is a structural and civil engineering firm providing consulting services in the greater New York region. The practice brings together experience in structural design, forensic investigation, and construction to support complex projects and technical evaluations.

Founded by John O’Rourke, P.E., a licensed professional engineer in NY, NJ, and PA, the firm reflects a hands-on, technically rigorous approach shaped by work across engineering, construction, and investigative disciplines. He completed his Master’s at Columbia University and undergraduate degree at The Catholic University of America.

JPO Engineering works with public agencies, developers, insurers, and legal teams, delivering clear, defensible engineering insight for both design and investigative applications.
